Hi Emma - none as yet and if they don't today then I would expect matters to progress early next week re the cancellation of the application

Hi Emma - nothing as yet. As there have been no further replies/corres hopefully it can all be resolved shortly

Emma - the UN has as yet not made it's way on to the register so nothing 'to be taken off'. The process referral is to consider what is now pending and with us before deciding what can be registered and how. 
Hopefully that decision will be made shortly or at the very least further correspondence entered into as appropriate.

Morning Emma - we have had to serve notice on the beneficiary, AK, so he is now given time to respond with his consent/objection as appropriate. He has until 4th December to do so.
