URGENT QUERY Selling Home with Restrictions

Good Morning,
We are currently selling a home with the aim of completing on 20th December when our new build home is set to be complete.

There are currently restrictions on the home I am selling at B3 of the freehold title (LAN287860) and the same restriction at B3 of the leasehold title (LAN188988) which have been raised as queries by the buyers solicitor. Please could you advise what needs to happen in regards to any charges or certificates required and if these can be resolved before 20th December.
my solicitor emailed propertyconsents@homesengland.gov.uk yesterday regarding this however I am anxious with this being so close to completion so any help or support you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
