Hi there,<br> <br> On Register of Title, section, Schedule of notice of leases there is the phrase &quot;part of&quot; preceded by a number. Not sure what this relates to?&#160;<br> <br> Thank you!

Hi H Mi - you need to look at the title plan as well. The reference will be shown on the title plan so for example Edged and numbered 1 in blue (part of) means the lease relates to a part of the land/building edged and numbered in blue on the title plan
