Thanks Adam. I think it does sound like the next application in line, the Transfer to Churchill Estates, is all I am waiting for. Do you happen to have any updates from the casework team so that I can understand what is now pending for this?

Many thanks,

Chi

Chi - nothing as yet as the application involves multiple titles all of which have a variety of other applications in the 'mix' as well
I am waiting for an update re the specific title linked to your delay
BK201847

Chi - the casework team have just confirmed that the application has been completed and the register updated. That should mean that your delay is over but do check with your conveyancer to confirm
The register now refers to CHURCHILL ESTATES MANAGEMENT LIMITED which I believe was the sticking point for your conveyancer/lender

Thanks Adam, this is great news, much appreciated!

Regarding the last outstanding application related to the new lease on Flat 6, would you be able to confirm if this is also being worked on now? My conveyancer has mentioned that ideally there should be no outstanding applications on the property before proceeding.

Thanks,
Chi

Chi - it is being worked on. In my experience Flat 6, registered or not, will have zero impact on your own purchase unless of course you are buying Flat 6. And the conveyancer says 'ideally' but it's either a Yes or No answer from your lender but one for them to confirm for you
