Timescale for amending title with rights

Hello, 

Would it be possible to check on the progress of an amendment to a title on the property I'm selling? It's 8 Bridge Street, Overton, RG25 3HD. If not, is there a general timescale for this type of amend?

Hello Victoria - the application is to register a deed of easement, rather than an amendment, and it was submitted on 6th October.
If there's an urgency then a request to expedite it needs to be submitted - Request an expedite - GOV.UK

Good Afternoon Victoria - the application is currently with our lawyers to decide whether it can proceed as applied for or not. Hopefully next steps/approval will be given shortly
