Hi I am Niall McIntyre and I want to remortgage 79 Waterhouse Apartments 14 Worrall Street, SALFORD, Lancashire, M5 4BZ My solicitors Blakewells are instructed to act in a Remortgage of the above property. The application lodged by Blakewells Solicitors Limited under reference W990NTT is holding up our transaction and could potentially lead to financial loss for myself. Please can you arrange for the application to be expedited so that we can move forward with completion of the Remortgage.

Hi Niall - the application was submitted on the 4th March. Unfortunately the conveyancer requested expedition as part of their submission so that had not been seen until now.
I shall ask colleagues to expedite it as a result
