Hi
I am splitting my garden and transferring the actual land from myself to myself and my son
I have completed AP1
I need some help with TP1. please
Number 4...Date. How do I know the date of Completion please
Is this the date I send form TP1 to the Land Registry ?

Hi Barbara - you would normally date it once it has been completed in full and executed by the Transferor/Transferee as appropriate
