Withdraw an application

V834VMT land registry number 

we are waiting to exchange/ complete on our property this was meant to happen last Monday 
then unfortunately this came up on our title this has been paid the out standing Amount and the company emailed the land registry on Wednesday as urgent we than called them again on Thursday they marked it as critical  just waiting now on it being withdrawn we have a number of elements we are concerned about one being the time frame on our buyers mortgage offer !
our son is registered disabled if recent had brain surgery so his very anxious as his routine is so out of sorts 
we have a van sitting outside our current house with all our belongings in our solicitor has expidiated this we are still waiting 
Please can this addressed as a matter of urgency

Elizabeth - I'll flag with the casework team. The request to cancel their application was submitted on 17th Oct through the firm's secure portal but it won't have been seen. We have a dedicated channel for such requests.

This is very critical as we can’t explain the importance of this ours buyers are very concerned of the wait time with their mortgage offer as already mentioned..
our concern is very worrying with our son as it’s another day of uncertainty for him this he doesn’t understand
