Application to remove two charges - unregistered property

Are you able to confirm whether you have received a postal application from Fidler & Pepper solicitors to remove charges -  numbers 467541/72 and 467532/72 - dated 23 November 1972 from an unregistered residential property in Sutton-in-Ashfield, Notts, NG17 5HG. I can provide the full address by email/text/phone.

Also whether you have received a request to expedite, due to risk of a sale falling through and the personal circumstances of the seller of the property.
