Good afternoon,<br> we have had confirmation that an adverse possession claim has been sent to Land Registry regarding the property we are purchasing. We are told it was put in on 20th October but we have been told it is yet to be expedited. Could you please confirm the stage in which the application is at please?<br> <br> The property in question is 5 Chichester Drive, Lowestoft, NR33 8PX. <br> <br> Many thanks

Good Afternoon - nothing obvious showing as having been submitted. If they have done so then please ask them to confirm the title number and our case (ABR) reference so we can check<br> SK175260 - #5 but not the title re the claim

Hi Lucy - many thanks. Hi Lucy - letters have been issued for the applicants to arrange the site visit/survey by OS <br> You now need to wait for that to happen and for OS to report back<br> SK439999
