Determining Lease after death

Hello<br> I am wondering if you can help clarify the position for the cancelling of&#160;<span>lease&#160;LA881998.<br> <br> I understand the seller of the freeholds solicitor has contacted you but the seller is struggling to get a straight answer from them as to the hold up or position of the cancellation. Please could you confirm so that we can explain to Mr Smith.<br> <br> My mum is waiting for the lease to be cancelled before she can buy the property from Mr Smith and this is all that is outstanding.<br> <br> Many thanks<br> <br> Jemma</span>

Hello Jemma - the application against that title was cancelled on 24th November. The application as submitted was incomplete and therefore we could not update the register as applied for.&nbsp;<br> You'll need to speak to the conveyancer involved to confirm and to clarify what's now happening from their end re the sale.<br> LA881998
