RXC form

Regarding title number NYK74118 there is a restriction (B3) that needs to be removed. The disponor is not the same person as the proprietor as it's an executor sale. The sellers solicitor has proposed to provide a RXC form, will this suffice?

Hello Andy - it's a form LL restriction so it needs to be complied with. Form RXC won't be relevant.
The restriction is one specifically aimed at helping an owner protect against property fraud. So IF that owner has died the need to verify the identity still exists but it's the executor who they have to certify is the same person as named in the probate for example.
