ERRORS on title no. EX686197

Hi,

Could someone please give me an update on the errors reported on 14/12/23 (ref 231214-2780502) and on 18/01/24 (ref 240118-2887888) as these issued are the only thing holding up an exchange of contracts (buyers will not exchange without these resolved).  The sale was agreed on 23/11/2023.

HI Beth - 231214-2780502 is in progress and with our support team at present for processing. 
240118-2887888 is being processed as an Amend request as per the support team's email of earlier this afternoon
If you need an update re either or wish to escalate the contacts then you can reply to the responses received on either or both as appropriate and the support teams will respond as appropriate and as soon as they can
