Defect in title restriction

Hi,
I am a buyer and we have been waiting for more than 6 weeks to hear from land registry. My solicitor says there is a restriction in the property deed that needs to be rectified and the seller solicitor has applied to land registry to amend the land registry. They are still waiting to hear back from land registry. They say they have requested this to be expedited but this is too long of a wait. I am currently in a huge financial loss because of this and it is a problem not to know how long to wait. It’s been more than 6 weeks already. Could you please help. I would highly appreciate your response. The property title number is TGL188891. Please help
