How to check an HR1 has been processed

Hi Jaas - we can't be definitive re timescales as whilst processing has started it has as yet not been completed. 

I sent an HR1 form in on the 4/4/24 to register my home rights to what was my marital home,when will I receive notification that my soon to be ex wife has received this

Philip - no. The next you'll hear from us is when it's been processed and completed. When it is we notify you and provide a copy of the updated register. At the same time the registered owner is notified also so in a way you do know when we notify her.
If there's anything wrong with the application we will also be in touch but wait times are fairly long at present so don;t expect to hear from us for a couple of months at least 

I have applied for Home rights to my matrimonial house but not sure if my request has been processed yet, how do I check?

Hi Hainalka - when it is you would ne notified in writing as per your application. If you've not heard yet then it's presumably still with us and waiting to be processed
