Hi,
I have just received a completion of registration back from the Land Registry and it says that no amemdment has been made. Does this mean that my HR1 has been declined?

Hi Karen - I suspect so but can you share the title number please so I can read what's happened?

I sent a home rights form HRI a week ago , how long does it take please?
Posted Fri, 19 Apr 2024 07:49:31 GMT by Adam Hookway
Lian - you can expect to wait 4 months on average before it is processed. Your application to protect your rights is protected from the date of receipt

How long does it take for home rights HR1 form to be put in place. I send 8 days ago . Many thanks
Posted Fri, 19 Apr 2024 10:00:49 GMT by Adam Hookway
Lian - the application and therefore Notice applied for is 'in place' from the date of receipt. There's then a wait time, due to a backlog of work, that means processing often does not start for a few months so a wait before the actual register itself is updated.
However anyone checking the registered information in the interim, that wait time, re a potential sale, purchase, remortgage or more would be made aware of the application/Notice as appropriate
