I'm trying to find the title number that applies to this parcel of land with a hard surfaced footpath across it, between "2, PR73AZ" and the adjacent railway tracks

Attached is a shot of the map with the marker centred on the parcel of interest. I tried a radius map search but it returns 4 hits with fairly non descript names like "land at redwood" or "land to the north east of" and I'm not sure which one I need to select

Many thanks in advance

Caius - you need to zoom in much closer to select the specific parcel of land you want to confirm. If you don;t then the search result will often confirm more than one result
In this case the land adjoining number 2 is registered under a number of titles hence the result you received. If you want us to do the search for you then you would need to make a postal application to search the index map. The search would then require a plan specifically identifying the land you are looking for information on
The 'description' we use is taken form the register itself so is largely irrelevant when searching for land as you must select the land you want and then rely on the registered information provided.
For example the land immediately adjoining Number 2 is registered under title LAN117338 - you can use the online service to search by title number and download the register and title plan to confirm what land is included within that title.
If you are then interested in 'more' land you can do the postal search using a copy of the title plan and clearly define the new land to be searched
