Title Transfer

Hi,  I went through a divorce and part of the financial settlement, I had to transfer my share of the property to my ex wife.  Solicitor had completed the transfer on 31st Jan, 25 but it still doesn't appear to be completed.  Is there anything holding it up, can you please check.  Title number is NGL286273 which has both our  names and my name needs to be removed.

Hi Hemal - submitted at end of February and waiting to be processed. Nothing holding it up other than a current backlog. The application and change of ownership are protected from the date of submission

Hi Hemal - no update as yet and still waiting to be processed. The application/transfer is protected so if there's now an urgency then a request to expedite it can be considered - Request an expedite - GOV.UK

Hi Adam, Is there any updates with removal of my name for the title NGL286273?  Also, If I'm buying a new property can that reason be considered as Request to expedite?  Thanks

If the delay in registering is preventing you from completing your purchase then you can cite that as a reason to request expedition as the link explains
