3 pending applications

There are 3 pending applications on my land registry. 
2 from 28th Nov 2022 and 1 from 6th Jan 2023

I confirmed with the land registry last year that these should be removed but they still say pending. How can I get these taken off as it is affecting a mortgage application. 

The references are KH/050286 and KO/050286

R Videan - you'll need the applicant to withdraw/cancel them 

Council tax have said they have made application for the charges, then further application 6th Jan 2023 to remove the charges. They have said this is now sat with land registry and nothing more they can do. These have been pending for 15 months now, can these be sorted?
 

R Videan - so are you now stating they shouldn't be cancelled but processed?

Can I ask if this is a normal amount of time?

im not sure exactly what each application is for but when I spoke to land registry last year they did say the request for a charge should be removed. 
 

im assuming the request for a charge and request to remove the charge are both still pending. 
 

is the only way to get this resolved by asking the applicant to expedite it as currently this is restricting a remortgage.

R videan - expedition generally means considered within 2 weeks, often sooner. Post again in a few days and we can check for an update

Hi - processed on 8th Jan but we need more from the applicant (council) and they were contacted. We await their reply.
If you need to know what's been requested you'll need to contact the council to confirm/clarify as we wouldn't divulge such specific details via this forum

Has there been any response from the council?

R videan - reply received and case completed late yesterday afternoon. GM233208 register now updated and charge removed

there is another restriction on the property. Same title number. 
can you confirm what forms are required to get this restriction removed (with permission from the applicant).

HI - see PG 19 section 3 with regards how to apply to cancel or withdraw a restriction. Cancel (RX3) would be used by you/your conveyancer along with supporting evidence as explained. RX4 by the named restricitoner

To clarify, both rx3 and rx4 forms are required?

No - just one depending on whose applying as explained in the linked guide
