Good Morning
My solicitor this morning has sent across an RX3 form for a restriction to be removed from our Title of Registry. It is the last thing that is holding up our house sale and I was wondering if this has been looked at at all and whether you think this will be completed within the 10 work days time frame?

I believe that it has been made against SF653454

Thank you in advance

Good Morning Ruth - submitted this morning and expedited. Processing should start in the next 48/72hrs usually.
Everything then hinges on it being in order and not requiring referral to a senior officer or wider checks to be carried out with the named restrictioner
SF653454

Good morning Ruth - You need to speak to your conveyancers on what's happening because we are still waiting for their response.

Good Afternoon Ruth - we contacted them on the 27th November. They have just replied in the last hour with a new form.
That response will go to the casework team to consider and decide if all now in order or not
I'll flag the reply and see if the casework team can give me an idea of next steps for you
SF653454
