Extradited RX3 Form - Progress Chase Please

Good Morning
My solicitor this morning has sent across an RX3 form for a restriction to be removed from our Title of Registry. It is the last thing that is holding up our house sale and I was wondering if this has been looked at at all and whether you think this will be completed within the 10 work days time frame?

I believe that it has been made against SF653454

Everything then hinges on it being in order and not requiring referral to a senior officer or wider checks to be carried out with the named restrictioner

Good morning Ruth - I have responded to your further post in the absence of my colleague. 

The application is being processed but we raised a query with the conveyancer who submitted it and are now waiting for their response.
