Hi Ruth - the casework team have gone back to them to explain what's still needed. Hopefully they can remedy and respond quickly.<br> I should however emphasise that once they have responded in full I very much suspect we will need to contact the named restrictioner to seek their consent or otherwise to the cancellation. They are usually given 3 weeks to respond<br> SF653454
