Good Afternoon<br> <br> I have recieved my title deeds from my solicitors however they have made a mistake with one of my middle names its only 1 letter of my middle name thats incorrect how do i get this ammended as i have contacted my solicitors but they are a bit useless.<br> <br> thank you in advance<br> Vanessa Asghar

Good Afternoon Vanessa - they can request an amendment by reporting the error through our contact us form<br> If you are going to do it yourself then you can also report the error but we will need supporting evidence from you re the correct spelling and confirming that you are one and the same person for example.<br> I would encourage you to press your conveyancer to do it as they were the ones who submitted the actual application <br> <a href="https://www.gov.uk/guidance/contact-hm-land-registry#business-customers">Contact HM Land Registry - GOV.UK</a>

Hi Adam<br> <br> i have managed to get hold of my conveyancer and they have confirmed that they have now sent a request for this to be ammended can you confirm that this is correct.<br> <br> Also how long does it take for it to be ammended and new documents re sent.<br> <br> thank you <br> vanessa asghar
