Demolish and rebuild, update the title needed

Hello we have recently replaced our property with a new build, do we need to amend the site plan and the description? Ie. Built in 2021 and 4 bed house... rather than the original bungalow?

Hello Chris - no you don't re the site (title) plan as we register the general boundaries rather than the shape, size etc of the building within those boundaries.
If the postal address has been changed then you can contact us with a copy of the letter authorising the change from the local authority
