<p>Re: title LA292640</p> <p>hi,</p> <p>we were due to exchange and complete for a property over a month ago but on the day of exchange my solicitor found a charge and unilateral notice on the property we were purchasing. I have been told an application to remove this has been submitted and expedited but wondered if you could tell me where the application is up to please and how long it is likely to take?</p> <p>Thank you</p>

Hi - the application is still with us an on referral with our lawyers. There has been ongoing correspondence between the applicant/conveyancer(s) involved and I would recommend you speak to your conveyancer and or seller's conveyancer as appropriate<br> LA292640

Lisa - there won't be any update until the matters are resolved. I'll ask the casework team for an update but impossible to be definitive re timescales at this stage until a lawyer has reviewed it again<br> LA292640

Lisa - correspondence has now been issued to the conveyancers involved re this application. You'll need to discuss with the appropriate conveyancer with regards what that correspondence involves and what happens next as appropriate<br> We can't share the specific details with you and you will have to rely on your legal rep/advice as a result<br> I'm sorry that it's not more positive news for you but until the correspondence is resolved the register can't be updated as applied for<br> LA292640

Hi Lisa - Issues associated with the application are not resolved and I cannot give you any timescale.&#160; I would suggest you speak to your conveyancer.&#160;
