No title plan registered

Hello - I would like to order a copy of the title plan related to my property. However, it shows "none available" on the HM Land Registry search. Could you tell me why this is and how I obtain a copy? The title register is TGL208369. Thank you. 

Hello K S - are you sure? I ask simply because both the register and title plan should be available as the title plan is a standard 'file' size - Search for land and property information - GOV.UK 
However if the title number is correct and only the register is available online, you will need to apply by post for a copy instead. Follow the links in the guidance to how to buy a copy by post
Alternatively you can use our contact form to query with the support team and they can check to see why the title plan is unavailable and if there's a problem resolve it to make it available as appropriate

I am 100% certain. And the title number is correct. I am an expat so postal is unfortunately not an option. What alternatives are there other than the support team?
