My property is on an estate that is managed by a company and required us to sign a Deed of Covenant accepting the covenants as detailed in the transfer to the "First Owner", I have purchased the Title Register which states that restrictive covenants exist but does not give any details as to what they are.
i.e. "contains restrictive covenants. ¬NOTE: Copy filed."

Can you please advise?

Hello Charles - As the note on the title register indicates, we have retained a copy of the deed which contains the covenants. You can obtain an official copy of the deed.

The guidance on our website on GOV.UK explains how you can get a copy of the deeds that have been retained / filed by HM Land Registry.
