Expedited request - removal of historic equitable charge

Hi,

There's an application pending to remove a historic (seller side) equitable charge on my title deed. I've been advised that a request has been submitted to expedite but the conveyancing team are not ablet to provide an update - this has been ongoing since November last year and is holding up my mortgage. Would it be possible to check the status on your system?

Hi Alexandra - the application was submitted on 22nd Oct and it's waiting to be processed. It's not been expedited to date and I can't find a request to do so. I'll flag with casework colleagues and ask them to do that for you.
