CPS Restriction

<p>Hi, we would appreciate any help as we aren’t getting any updates, but we are in the process of buying a house with a CPS restriction under the title number AV243924. The sellers solicitor has said that we are just waiting on a judge to sign off so we can exchange. Firstly, how long does it take for the judge to sign off when the documents were sent by the solicitor on the 5th of December? Secondly, once it is signed, rx4 is produced and I assume the exchange can go through?</p> <p>is it also possible to find out the progress on this? Our buyers have given a deadline of completion for the 16th of January so getting a bit nervous and if it could be expedited, that would be ideal.&#160;</p> <p>&#160;Honestly, any help or progress would be greatly appreciated&#160;</p> <p>thank you,&#160;Declan Carroll</p>

Hi Declan - all noted and appreciated but we would have no knowledge of how the courts might process such matters and the timescales involved for a judge to sign off on things<br> Exchange and completion timings are all down to the conveyancers plus sellers/buyers and not us so when they happen is again not something we can advise you on<br> Once signed off on and the RX4 has been lodged a request to expedite the application with us can be made.
