Mortgage paid off - what documents do I need to confirm the charge has been removed

<p>Hi,</p> <p></p> <p>The mortgage on my property was paid off in September 2025 and I want to ensure the lenders / banks charge has been removed</p> <p>How can I check? Title number is BK356846</p>
