Hello,

We are currently in the process of selling our leasehold flat and it has come to our attention that there is a unilateral notice on the lease that needs to be removed before we can sell.

Our conveyancer has submitted a UN4 form on the 04/08 and also requested for it to be expedited, is there any way that I can track the progress of this myself or find out an approximate timescale of when we can expect for it to be removed (if no objections are received from the beneficiaries)? Our conveyancer has also mentioned in the application that the beneficiaries no longer live at the registered address, however I assume we will still need to allow the 15 days response time?

The title number that this notice is against is SGL816876.

Many Thanks

Laura

Hello Laura - all as stated and processing is underway and the wider checks (notices) have been served on 5th August. They expire on 27th August so IF no replies between now and then the application should be completed shortly after the 27th
SGL816876

Hello,

Please can you help to advise if there are any further updates on this matter? I believe the notice expires today, therefore will the removal be actioned today or does it still take a few days from now?

Kind Regards

Laura
