To obtain a Lease document is it the freehold title is entered on the OC2 form?

Hi

I need to obtain the Lease documents for two properties. The Leasehold titles are :EGL501408 and EGL515051.
The Freehold title is NGL110882.

Do I need to enter the Freehold title in box 2 of the OC2 form or the Leasehold title?

The lease is noted in the Freehold title, but it does not say "Copy filed" for both the Leasehold titles.
Are the Lease documents available?

Banka - If the leasehold titles are registered, the lease will be held under the leasehold titles.
