Hi Zoe - we did have an expedited application against that title but it was cancelled on 25th Nov and a letter of explanation issued to the conveyancer. Good Morning Zoe - expedition gets the case to the processing start line within the 10 days mentioned. That will happen but there's a way to go from there as per the link I shar<br> If a survey/site visit and wider checks are needed then you should expect a 2-3 month wait in my experience - that all depends on what has been submitted and whether it meets the legal requirements. If it does then a survey and wider checks are invariably needed to satisfy the registration requirements&#160;<br> DY593922&#160;

Good Afternoon Zoe - the case has reached the second stage re the need for an OS visit/survey and the owners have been issued letters (yesterday) to make such arrangements&#160;<br> Once they have made those arrangements OS generally visit within 1 week (max 2) and then report back to us as appropriate. Their report and the case will be reviewed together and next steps agreed/taken as appropriate<br> It's moving in the right direction but still a way to go as you already appreciate&#160;<br> DY593922

Hi Zoe - in my experience it's usually 3 days minimum before we receive the report and it's scanned and added to the live case.<br> I'll check with the casework team to see if they are aware of any issue in that regard<br> DY593922
