Hi,
I have a bit of conundrum in as much that the registered TP1 (dated February 2022) to a property has glaring errors within it.
In my experience, I am surprised that the Transfer we have downloaded has got through the registration process as I would have expected requisitions to have been raised at that time.

Is it possible to ascertain whether requisitions were raised when the application was made ?  There is a restriction in the title which has been incorrectly registered (it refers to an incorrect clause within the original TP1), which I know I can apply to have corrected, but is there anything I can do about the other errors (none of which relate to the extent of the land - they relate to missing or incomplete definitions and references to incorrect clauses).
Any advice you may be able to offer would be appreciated.

Hi Beth - requisitions were raised re this TP1 but with regards the transferred extent/plans and the need for a second application against an affected title re the easements included
If there are other errors re the now registered TP1 then they will need to be corrected as appropriate such as legal deed between the parties involved
I'd suggest raising the concerns using our Contact form and the option "I want to report an error"
