Register of Title Only Contains Last Sale

Hello,

I am currently trying to get the information needed for a Leaseholder Deed of Certificate for which I need an official copy of the register of title containing the sale price prior to 14 February 2022.

I requested a copy of the register of title for my property, but it only had the information for the most recent sale (when I purchased it) in 2023.

Is there any way I can get an official copy of the register of title with the previous sale?

Hello Andrew - you need to apply using form HC1. Cost £7
You'll need the edition date to apply for so can you share the title number and the information you are trying to confirm please?

Thanks for your response Adam, my title number is NYK430025. I need an "official copy of the register of title at HM Land Registry which shows the date of the sale in question". 

Andrew - the previous edition date is 20th August 2019.
