Waited over a year for title paperwork and still hadn't arrived so I've just checked online and purchased the title to see that it has now been update however the owner address details are wrong.
My husbands became a 50% owner and his details have been added correctly however the original owner who still owns 50% her details have been changed and her address has been changed to out address which is totally incorrect. Her address should have stayed the same. What do we do to resolve this?

Louise - use our online contact form to 'report the error' and submit the specific details as appropriate

Thank you have also just noticed that it appears they are joint tenants meaning the if something happens to my husband the other owner would get the my husbands share which is also incorrect. They should have been tenants in common. Can we also use this form to sort that out?
title is EX962808 can you confirm this
Also why havent we recieved the documents I had to find this out online.

Many thanks Louise for confirming the title number - The form AP1 (application form submitted by the conveyancer) quoted both address for both owners hence the entry made referring to the two addresses for both.
The form TR1 (Transfer) submitted stated that they wished to hold the property as tenants in common in equal shares hence the form A restriction now added
In the circumstances I would suggest going back to your conveyancer to confirm and to ask them to then correct the situation as appropriate. They maybe able to do so by confirming in writing the correct addresses and how you wanted ot hold the title
If you report it as a HMLR error, which it is not, we will ask for a new application to be submitted to change the address and to also apply to cancel the form A restriction

Thank you.
Tenants is common is correct.

If the TR1 quoted both address why is only 1 address on the title?
The has both owners living at 29 The Croft which isn't correct. Lynne Medway lives 2 Mill Cottages thorpe le soaken clacton on sea.

Is this what is on the TR1?

Louise - the form AP1 stated that both new owners had the same two addresses and the Transfer form also referred to both addresses and for both owners/transferees. So we've registered it as applied for
If Ms Medway needs a different contact address then the conveyancer can either get in touch and tell us that they got it wrong and ask us to amend it OR she can apply to update her contact address as appropriate
