title Plan - TT141444

Hi. An application to expedite was granted for my title TT141444. It has been over two months and Im Yet to receive an update. I have a new transaction in progress marked for completion April 10th which is in three weeks. I called HMLR and was told there are previous application which needs to be completed before my expedited application can be case-worked and was advised that a request to urgently casework the expedited application was put forward due to the time constraint. Please is this something that has been done and if yes what is the update on that as I cant stress how this registration is needed for my transaction to complete. 

Hi Janose - I can't add anything to what you have already been advised when you have contacted the support team 
There are a number of prior applications pending including one to register your own landlord. 
The casework team are aware of the urgencies involved and will try to find a way forward but it will take time due to the number of applications that need to be processed before your own one can be also

Morning Janose - the application has been partially processed but we cannot complete it as the prior applications have priority and are impacting on the seller's title(s). The casework team have written to the conveyancer to explain and you may wish to contact them for clarification and next steps/options as appropriate

Hi Good afternoon. Please is there any updates on this? I was told the caseworker will contact me to explain what the holdup on the freehold application is so my expedited leasehold application can be completed.

Hi Janose - nothing to update I'm afraid as the application to register your landlord has yet to be completed due to prior applications still impacting. Until the landlord's title is completed we can't complete your own purchase/new lease
I will check again with the casework team for an idea of where the actual conveyancer stumbling block remains/exists
