Deborah - they have submitted a query suggesting an error has been made re the boundary of the registered title involved. The support team will consider that asap to decide if there is an error and if there is whether it's ours or not. The support team will respond directly to the solicitor. There's nothing I can usefully add to the matter via the forum but have added a note as to the pending sale and urgency.
