Register a Right of Way Easement

I have been granted an Easement of Vehicular Access across my neighbours "ten foot way". The neighbouring landowner and ourselves have a signed/executed Deed of Grant of Right of Way, which requires registration with HMLR. I am struggling to work out which form I need to complete to process this registration. There are so many on offer. Please help.

Paul - it would be form AP1 you would use to apply to update both title registers
