Postcode causes confusion

The post code for our address is incorrect. &#160;It sends sat nav guidance to the wrong street in the town (1/2 a mile away)<br> The street address is also wrong as there is no access from the street name supplied. &#160;Access is from another rd.<br> How do we change the address and post code please to reflect the actual property access point?
