Update on Lease Extension: Properly registering with HMLR

Reposting from a different thread as this may be more relevant: I'm requesting an update on a lease extension matter regarding property GFF 1 Manwood Road SE4 1AA, Title Number SGL457000. When we bought the property in 2019 the sellers and leaseholder agreed to extend the lease for 150 years. This has been done, but for some reason hasn't been properly registered with HMLR? We're in the process of doing this now, but am struggling to get an update. Could somebody please assist? We urgently need to do this in order to complete on our sale. Thank you!

For additional context, we've been advised there is a requisition related to the matter where HMLR are requesting the consent of the leaseholder. I have the documentation of him signing the contract which should suffice, but need a way of supplying.
