Hi Jack - the application, as I suspect you are aware, is to claim ownership of land already registered to someone else. Such applications are complex and do take time to be processed mainly because a survey/site visit is required (now done), consideration of the OS report and case as a whole (current stage) and the possibility of wider checks being required to confirm the claim/new registration (not yet decided on)
I'll flag it with the casework team to see if it can be escalated but suspect we may still be a little way off completion of the process as things stand today

Hey Adam
Thanks for your quick reply. Just want to make sure you have been supplied with the statement of truth documents from the neighbours the land is currently registered to? They confirm that they dont own the middle garage etc. We figured getting these prior may help push the claim along.
Really appreciate your help in escalating the matter!
Regards
Jack

Jack - wider checks are now underway with the registered owners of the claimed land. Those checks don't run out until after 8th December unless the recipients respond sooner and positively
Please speak to your conveyancer to confirm and to clarify the complexities involved re such claims

Hey Adam

Just seen your last message. Oof 8th December! If the owner speaks to those registered owners and gets them to respond asap, will it continue moving forward?

Thanks

Jack

Hi Jack - if recipients respond sooner and positively then that can move matters forward, yes

Hi Adam

Just wondering if there has been any movement on this? We spoke to the neighbours and all were happy to move forward. Thanks!

Jack

Hi Jack - nothing received as yet from the recipients so if 'happy' they have not responded as of yet to confirm
