Historic title plans required

Hi there,<br> <br> I have title registers and plans EX244727 (filed in 1981) and EX448574 (filed in October 1991) currently.<br> <br> However i require a historic title plan and register for both of these if they exist (I believe there should be something around 17 January 1974). Ideally I would like the first registered title plan for both properties if you have them and then the last registered title before the ones we currently have.<br> <br> Ordnance survey maps show different to what is shown in Land Registry so we are trying to determine when a change took place and by who (if at all).&#160; Is this possible?<br> <br> Many thanks,<br> Mrs N

Hi Mrs I N - the title plan for each have not been altered since they were first registered/mapped<br> EX448574 wasn't registered until 1991 and it's title plan remains unchanged since then<br> EX244727 is the same but registered in 1981 and again title plan unchanged&nbsp;<br> Current OS plans and those since registration in each case will show different details as OS plans are mapped based on the physical features on the ground at the time of any such survey.
