Hi,

We've recently been informed the beneficiary of a unilateral notice on our title has submitted an application to have it removed - please could you let me know if this has been processed successfully yet and/or what the current status is? It should be the only unilateral notice which has been registered previously in the title and references an agreement from 2018.

Title number:

HP880484

Many thanks!

Hi - application received on 26th March and now waiting to be processed. That is unlikely to be for 4 months or more based on current timescales. If there's an urgency such as a confirmed onward purchase or remortgage then a request to expedite it can be made - Request an expedite - GOV.UK
HP880484 - V262DVT

Hi,

It looks like the expedition request went through and I have an email that the application has been processed. Just wanted to check back here that the title should now have the unilateral notice removed?

I need to get a copy of the title to send on to the conveyancer as proof so wanted to double check before purchasing.

Many thanks!

Hi. My solicitor has applied for a unilateral notice that has been registered against my property over a week ago and I'm checking the status off it. What details do i need to supply to you? Do you know how roughly it takes to remove a notice?

Hi Kris - wait times are lengthy at present so it will wait several weeks before the application is processed. Your solicitor can check to confirm receipt and an estimate as to when processing might start
What is that title number?

Hiya Kris - submitted 31st July. It's going to be some time before it's processed. If there's an urgency then a request to expedite it should be made as per the link posted previously

Am I able to expediate? Because my solicitor reckons it can't be done.
