Register Infill House Garden Site

I have a new infill house that has been built in my garden
The existing house and new build (planning permission etc) are in my name.  There are no charges against either property
I now need to separate the two properties
The existing house will be in my sole name.  The new house will be jointly owned by myself and my son
Each house has separate access and parking from the street
Can you advise me how to do this using the Land Registry forms please

Barbara - when you transfer the part to yourself and your son it will cause the title to be split. You would use forms AP1, TP1 and ID1/ID3 as appropriate
