Hi, my friends wife has died, ( married 25 years) she left the house, formally in her name, to her daughter( from previous partner )with husband having life interest to live there unless he remarries.&#160;<br> Step daughter has transferred ownership of house to her name and now plans to sell it.&#160;<br> what form does he need to register his life interest that was in the will?&#160;<br> many thanks.&#160;<br> &#160;
