Withdrawal of restriction holder

Hi, 
Would you be able to advise estimated turnaround times for the removal of a restriction holder held on title number BK85364. The RX4 form has been signed and completed by the holder and I have been advised that it has already been sent off for processing . Thanks

Hi Karly - nothing received as yet. When it is then the wait time for processing is likely to be lengthy so if there is an urgency involved then we would need a request to expedite to be made shortly afterwards

Thanks for the information, I have been advised that the form has now been submitted and an request has been raised on this property. Do you know if that’s been done and roughly the timescales if so, this is the last thing that’s holding up the sale now with everything else confirmed and we have to complete by mid March at the latest. So any info would be great 

Hi Karly - an application was received on 5th February but as yet unprocessed. I assume by 'request' you mean a request to expedite but none has yet been made - Request an expedite - GOV.UK

Thanks Adam, the solicitor has ensured me that they have already raised a request to expedite under K656TST to get the application marked as priority
