I have a plot of woodland that I wish to divide into two in order to sell it as two plots.
I am told that I need a landscape architect to draw the boundary of the two plots. Basically one line across the middle.
Is this something that I can do myself - using the Registered plan and simply adding a dividing line?
Thank you

Sally - the type of plan we would require needs to be of the same quality as that used for a Transfer of Part - see Preparing plans for HM Land Registry applications (PG40s2) - GOV.UK for guidance

This is really helpful, thank you. In theory then, if I take my good copy of the currently approved plan and add the new border to split the plot into two I can submit that for approval with an AP1 Form?
Thanks in anticipation.

Sally - the theory is a sound one
I assume you understand what else is needed re such a request - see How do I split the deeds on my property? · HM Land Registry
