From the attached image, if the Charges Register entry doesn’t appear 'Copy filed', can I apply for a copy of the covenant from HM Land?

Thanks

Kenneth - the image is of a redacted B Proprietorship Register. That's not relevant to the covenants which might be referred to in the C Charges Register
If the C Reg refers to covenants and the deed as being 'filed' then you can apply by post for a copy - Get information about property and land: Get a copy of the deeds - GOV.UK

Hi Adam,

Can I check the date of registration in HM Land for the captioned image in B. Proprietorship Register?

Thanks

Hi Kenneth - I don't follow the Q. You have a copy of the whole register I assume so that would have an edition date for example and/or a date of issue.
Which date of registration are you trying to confirm and what is the title number?

Hi Adam,

I am talking about the item 1 & item 2 of the attached image. The date was missing / not included.

Is it possible to find out when the item 1 & 2 had been sent to HM Land for registration?

Thanks

Hi Kenneth - yes if you provide the title number and less of the redacted details. If you want confidentiality then I'd suggest using our Contact form to make your enquiry
