There is a small triangle of land not included on my title plan which is the access to my property, my garage and has the Drains and manhole. I have no immediate neighbours and access is straight off the road. I have been told that in order to sell my property i would need to get this piece of land incuded in my deeds. How do I go about this? The boundary wall to the garden, which is a very old stone wall also does not appear to be drawn in the right place. Please can someone advise me.
I have included the current title plan and a google ariel view with what would appear the correct boundary to the front of the property

Teresa - if you are looking to claim ownership of the land and it is unregistered then our PG 5 explains how such an application can be made.
Please do seek legal advice/assistance as you will need to satisfy the legal requirements re any such claim before you attempt to register your claim
