Address on title register is no longer valid

Hi there,<br> <br> I am trying to find the owner of a small dilapidated coach house near my house. I bought the title for the land, and have found their name, but am unable to locate them with just that. There is an address supplied, however I know it to be out of date after speaking to the current occupants, who have no contact details for the former owner.&#160;<br> <br> Is there any way to get this address updated or find the new address of the owner of this coach house?

Hi Francis - only the owner would be able to update their address on the register. It's their responsibility to ensure it is up to date and there's no process for us to ask them to do so<br> I would suggest considering using a tracing agency (often very good at achieving positive results) or your own local investigations with neighbours, council (electoral role or council tax?) or even social media through local groups for example. There's also probate records in case they have passed away
